Membership does not, by itself, constitute an investment and does not guarantee access to any opportunity.
Potential opportunities may be identified through Intrepid Wealth or other sources.
Each opportunity is reviewed individually before being communicated to members.
Where appropriate, members may be invited to participate in specific opportunities through separate structures or arrangements.
Participation is always optional and subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant opportunity.
From time to time, the co-operative may explore additional participation structures, including debenture-style arrangements.
Any such offerings would be communicated separately and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
